· Parents are asked to pay their playgroup fees promptly, at the beginning of each half term when invoices will be emailed out. Fees can be given to the playgroup manager or paid by BACs. Fees are payable whether or not a child is in attendance including absence due to sickness or term time holidays. Playgroup reserves the right to charge a £25 late fee if invoices remain unpaid after 4 weeks
· If it is necessary to withdraw your child permanently from playgroup four weeks paid notice is required.
· Sadly, the ‘funding’ we receive from the government for each child’s ‘free’ Preschool space does not match what it costs. To offer funded childcare places and to continue providing enriching experiences and a well-resourced curriculum, we request that parents/carers agree to pay ‘voluntary contributions’ (where applicable) to cover aspects above and beyond what is essential to implement the basic EYFS curriculum, such as healthy snacks, cooking activities. Consumables – wipes, nappies, nappy sacks, suncream. Enrichment/additional activities – weekly music sessions, allotment, celebrations (Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day etc) Sports day, trips etc. etc
· We understand that each family’s financial circumstances are unique, and no child will be excluded from essential aspects of care or the EYFS curriculum based on whether or not their parents/carers make these payments. In addition, parents/carers have the right to opt out of making these payments at any point, but that may mean we would be unable to continue with these activities that enrich your children’s time with us.
· We welcome donations of wet wipes, tissues, fruit and snacks if you would like to contribute something more.
· We accept 15 / 30 hour funding for 2, 3 & 4 year olds. Any sessions outside of funded hours will be charged at the following rates:
Daily Session (9:15- 13:00) – £21.50
Afternoon Session (13:00- 14:45) – £10.00
Early Morning Drop-off (8:45- 9.15) – £2.85
Full Session (8.45- 2.45) – £34.35
Daily contribution £1.90 ( optional )
